Kako se pretpostavlja, prvobitno je nastala kao divlji orah koji je rastao u \u0161umama Azije, a potom se preko Mediterana pro\u0161irila se po celom svetu. Pokazalo se da je orah biljka velike iskori\u0161\u0107enosti, jer mo\u017ee da se koristi u ishrani, u spravljanju melema i lekova, kao i u izradi name\u0161taja, oru\u0111a i oru\u017eja.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hranljiva svojstva oraha<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Postoji dvadeset i jedna <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.frueko.rs\/en\/walnuts\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vrsta oraha<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i svaka je jestiva. Orah sadr\u017ei visok nivo dobrih masti i proteina, koji pored energetske vrednosti potpoma\u017eu zdravstveno stanje i otpornost organizma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Najve\u0107a nutritivna i lekovita vrednost ploda oraha je u visokoj koncentraciji dobrih masti (65,21 g na 100 grama). Naime, orasi obiluju Omega-3 masnim kiselinama u ve\u0107oj meri nego drugo vo\u0107e istog roda, uz veoma visok nivo i Omega-6 masnih kiselina. Ove polinezasi\u0107ene masne kiseline imaju vi\u0161estruko blagotvorno dejstvo na na\u0161 organizam.
